Every major processing facility vents heat, and heat requires coolant, and coolant has to go somewhere. A Coolant Tap intercepts that somewhere—gray-market plumbing that diverts industrial waste streams before they reach recycling. Technically theft. Practically, nobody cares unless you get greedy.
